A movement spearheaded by Jadon, and presented at the end of her book, "Embrace Your Goals". Using the "1 goal in 30 days" approach she challenges everyone to focus on one specific goal for thirty days. It's about clarifying what you want, set it as a goal, developing an action plan, do the work with a positive mindset, and be goal-driven towards accomplishing the goal.
This concept was instrumental in developing the offering of her signature "Embrace Your Goals training program" that serves as a springboard for working with individuals on short- and long-term goals.
